house of representatives
LOCATION: Lansing, MI
SIZE: 300,000 SF
INVESTMENT: $100 million
The House of Representatives Office Building is a $100 million investment. The project began with the challenge of consolidating the Lansing offices of State Representatives who were previously scattered among three separate buildings. Because of the lack of space in the downtown Lansing area, Granger Group created an innovative solution to the State’s dilemma by renovating the existing building and building an entirely new structure across the street.

INVESTMENT: $1.5 billion
Metro Health Village is a $1.5 billion investment. In 2003 Granger Group broke ground on the first fully integrated, 100% LEED certified Health Village in the world. The 180-acre Village offers a world-class health complex, including acute care, wellness, retail, senior living, hospitality, and educational services.
